A: Poured a deep copperish color leaving a nice white cap and some bubbles behind
S: The nose was pretty tame overall. Managed to get some spice out if it but thats about it.
T: Good, had nice warm character to it. It was a heavier, medium body farmhouse with a fair amount of booze. I would guess 7% or more. Some pepper, citrus, spices, hay all converge on this beer. It is tasty. I would almost call this an Imperial Saison if I could w/o some Belgian or true beer geek giving me hate mail.
M: Nice. Warming, spicey, medium body, low in carbonation for the style, perhaps lending itself to a the big body
O: Nice and very drinkable
