12 oz tap pour into an American Tumbler.
A - Dark, close to black, amber color with a two-finger tan head. The rich, foamy head had great retention as it slowly coated the whole glass in thick lacing.
S - Dark amber and roasted malts bring out a chocolaty cocoa aroma with no hops.
T - Bitter chocolate with cocoa flakes combine with the roasted malts into a bittersweet symphony with a dry finish.
M - Slightly chalky/dry cocoa powder is dry and lightly bitter from the roasted malts in the mouthfeel. Medium-full bodied beer.
D - For the Porter style, it has a solid level of drinkability that's not fantastic but easily one of their best beers.
