4 oz tap pour into an American Tumbler at Riverside in West Bend.
A - The hazy pale straw yellow looks watered down and comes to me with no head to speak of. The little wisps don't count on this one.
S - The aroma is immediately recognizable as off some how. It has a nose of funky rice and resembles the cheese curds that we were eating half-an-hour before. Nothing else here but it's not pleasant.
T - Pale and Pilsner malts ground this as an actual beer (after the aroma) so far, however; it immediately changes directions to a bad funky flavor. Not good, sour funk. More like food and poorly cleaned tap line here.
M - Thin and watery, it's an extremely light bodied and fully carbonated lager.
D - I don't know what's going on with this beer, but it certainly isn't good. Maybe this tap line needs a good cleaning.
