A: Golden, with a slight pale brown tone. A large white head, but it sets a bit to fast to my taste.

D: There aren't much smell to this beer: I can sence malt and alcohal, but that's about it.

T: Not many flavours either, but; some fruit, some sweetness, some malt, and some bitter hops. The alcohol is present in the taste.
The aftertaste is dry with obvious bitter hops - not to shabby.

M: Dry/rough mixed with alcohol, but a little to thin for my taste.

D: This can't make many people happy. I find it to be poorly balanced - between the bitter hops in the aftertaste and the other flavours. This one I won't buy again.

The colour is amber-brown; the two finger head slowly sinks down to an off-white ring.

The smell is sharp and sweet with lots of malt and dough. I found notes of alcohol-based detergents, bitter almonds and a touch of strawberry jam.

The taste is sweet and malty with some warming alcohol, hints of bitter and sweet almonds, roasted nuts and raw meat. The body is medium to low. The (rather short) aftertaste is sweet and rather clean with some alcohol, dough, nuts and a touch of beef stock.

The carbonation is medium strong with some sharp bubbles. The liquid is a bit thin for a bock.

Not as bad as expected...
