A six pack of tall boys at a reasonable price is practically irresistible to this BA, even if "lime pilsner" doesn't exactly inspire thoughts of the Christmas season. The lime definitely colors the nose and flavor but this is essentially a crushable, if thin and fruity lager. The lime is stronger than I would prefer but mostly inoffensive. I mean, its not good, but I find.

From a 16 oz. can with a BB date of 11/2021. Sampled June 4, 2021.
The appearance is about what you would expect in the style with a yellow-golden pour under a small then fading white fizzy
head.
The addition of the lime is noticeable with the underlying characters of toasted bread and grass.
The mouthfeel is light but smooth.
It starts with a sweet toasted taste but then the lime takes over the "limelight" and sort of becomes the beer. Maybe it was supposed to be potent but I felt it was a tad overdone.

Happy New CANned Modern Twin Peak Evil Times Beer Sunday (Week 744), Round 2! It's not quite Noon here in Lancaster, PA but it's gotta be Happy Hour somewhere, right? I know I'm getting happier as the day goes along. I have the IIHF World Championship (Bronze medal game) on NHL Network to satiate my hockey jones & life is good. Plus, The CANQuest (tm) is getting a good workout.
From the CAN: "A crushable Pilsner"; "Local sourcing[,] Clean and crisp[,] Certified organic"; "The best ingredients in beer".
One of my favorite non-Ale styles is Pilsners & so when I Crack!ed this one open, I was anxious for a taste! I quickly beCAN a C-Line Glug into the awaiting Pilsner glass. The beer quickly rose up to form two-plus fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, bone-white head with excellent retention. Color was Straw-Yellow (SRM = > 2, < 4) with NE-quality clarity. Nose reminded me of Bud Light Lime, but without all of the nasty adjuncts. This smelled like a lime had been squeezed into a MexiCAN lager for my Summer enjoyment. Yum! Mouthfeel was medium, on par for the style. Wow, I was NOT prepared for the intensity of the lime in this one! The CAN also read: "Brewed and flavored with organic lime" & they were not kidding! This was far better than that D9 Key Lime Pie as long as you are into lime. Man, this was really intense! I was really happy with it, but I also realize that this may not be for everybody. Yeah, it might be a Pilsner-style Lager at its base, but it was really a vehicle for lime. It was crisp, dry and refreshing and the lime was a nice addition to the equation. More, please! YMMV.

A: Pours a yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap that leaves good lacing
S: Some lime up front along with bready malt and a touch of grain
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the lime and bready malt and then picks up some grainy notes towards the end
M: Light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid pilsner that has a nice lime addition. Almost like a craft Bud Light Lime. Super drinkable. Worth trying out
