Their seasonal Lete Saison is a a lighter Belgian offering. Cloudy, with a yellow gold color and a soft white head, it had almost no aroma on the initial greeting. There was a slight fruity nose on the first sip, with hints of coriander and banana, with a soft tangy tartness. Not too tart and not too sweet, it's a pretty fair offering for a strip mall brewpub foray into the world of Belgian beers.

Very cloudy bronze color and a nose of tangerine intermixed with charred, cured meats. Huge tangerine and nectarine flavors are dressed with yeasty flavors of mulling spices, ginger and sourwood honey. All of the dried, colored fruits and candies that are used in fruitcake are present here. Creamy, fizzy, lively texture.
