Brewed specially for recent Wetherspoons festival. I drank a half pint in Paisley. It had a dark copper colour (suitably enough given it reminded me of various beers I had in the US with copper in their name). The aroma seemed peppery to me, without any of the citrus advertised. The taste was very interesting, a herbalwoody, but most clearly celery flavour accompanied by a smooth finish. This has no bite (particularly for a hound), but a wonderful flavour.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
