Cask. Clear amber. Dense head.
Toffee malt aroma. Distant hops.
Tastes of sweet malt with hints of tobacco. Bitter completion.
Smooth cask feel.
Fairly basic ESB.

Deep clear amber sported a dense off-white head, nice sheets of lacing adorned the glass. Fresh grassy aroma is accented by fruity notes. Tart hop finish lingers in a nice way. Complex with some nutty tones as well. Chewy yet refreshing with a tart finish that I found very similar to Adnams bitter. A good slow drinking ale.
