Compex mixture blending, shared with Jani at Vices & Versa. Liked the variety and complexity, although not up to a wow factor. Better than average though.

750 mL bottle. Clear golden. Smells of strong wine barrel with citrus behind it. Earthy yeast notes. Tastes of wine, slight citrus acidity, grain and doughy malt. Back end is earthy yeast. Medium body and medium low carbonation. Very nice, as always.

A: cloudy bright amber. Thick fluffy head of stellar retention.
S: excellent Brett, light barrel, peachy dry hop nose.
T: similar but Brett and hops seem a bit muted, to light fruity notes and a slight awkward taste I cannot describe but a touch like stale hops with muted more pleasing notes.
M: pretty light and fluffy with moderately low effervescence.
O: solid, but not the best of the assemblage.
