A: Hazy copperish-orange with a thin white head of minimal retention. A ring of lace lingers, but little else.
S: Wood, dusty funky brett, a hint of grape must, and a bit of tea-like hops in the end.
T: A bit musty up front, before the brett funk comes in with a dusty dryness, before a nicely dry, well hopped earthy finish, with a nice woody linger.
M: A touch oily, with late tingly mild effervescence. Medium bodied.
O: A very fine beer. I am loving these sauternes barrels and aggressive hops in conjunction!
