Bottle: Poured a hazy reddish color ale with a dirty pink color head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of fresh cherry notes with light tart notes also apparent. Taste is a nice mix of fresh cherry notes with some residuals sugar notes and light funky notes with some tart notes but they are not overwhelming.

No date, but not old (Drank Oct. 14th)
A:
Pours a clear pinkish red with two fingers of cotton candy head. Ok retention; hint of lacing. (4)
S:
Musty hay and tart notes, cherries, sawdust, pez. (3.75)
T:
Rich, dry malt skeleton with cherries and funky yeast. (4)
M:
Light body with active carbonation and a dry finish. (4)
O:
A nice fruit beer as far as that goes.
It looks and smells as if it is going to be pretty puckering but it is more beer like than some fruit beers and more earthy than some sour beers. In fact the tart aspect is pretty much only hinted at in the nose and way at the finish in the flavor. A pretty rich combo of malts, Brett and cherries. Very nice beer. I was really not expecting to like this one but it was tasty. (3.75)

Tart saison with sour cherries from Tougas Orchards
Rated as a strong beer.
6 ABV ans 10 IBU
Poured from a 750ml bottle ($12.00) made summer 2017 and opened end of September 2017
Pours a bright pink, clear with an evanescent pinkish white head. Little lacing
S: Farmhouse saison with cherry (lots of cherries!)
T: It tastes of tart cherries and season yeast. It is quite dry ( Not much sweetness ). Very fine carbonation.
F: If you are into tartness and cherries the beer has it. The fruit appears first then the yeast. There are quite a few cherry based flavors in the after taste (Romanian cherry wine, cherry brandy nuts etc ). The alcohol makes an appearance after a few sips. It goes down surprisingly easily and is quite the thing on a hot day.
Adding a teaspoon of maple syrup will appeal to people who don't like sours.
