Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some funky Brett notes with some vinous notes is quite enticing. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some dry funky Brett notes, some oak with nice vinous notes which brings some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Another wonderful saison from this fine brewery.
