473ml can poured into tulip.
Pours a bright, hazy gold with three fingers of off-white head that leaves some fancy-looking lace as it recedes.
Smells of fresh bread, some interesting muddled Grandma's spice cabinet notes, honeyed biscuits, dusted black pepper and leafy hops.
Tastes of crusty white bread, black pepper grounds, more mixed-up spices, honey-drizzled baked goodness and more grassy green hops.
Feels soft and fluffy. Medium bodied with frothy carbonation. Finishes dry.
Verdict: Recommended. An interesting beer with some unexpected flavor and complexity, even for a saison.
