Through the magic of "cryogenic separation," fresh hops were frozen to preserve the finest of aromatics only to be reawoken in this beer.

If there's a date on the can, I don't see it. Bought it last weekend at Chuck's Hop Shop Seward Park. Served in a big snifter.
Pours a lightly hazy yellow with a little bit of an amber tinge, not a whole lot of head, lots of active but very fine carbonation. Smell is honeysuckle, bread, lemon and grapefruit rind.
Taste is similar, maybe a bit mellower than I would really like. Some bitterness, which does actually build a bit, which I like. Some of that "orange julius" creamy character, but lemon instead of orange. Sweet honeysuckle/bread give it a bit of a juicy punch.
Mouthfeel is substantial but very dry. Overall, very nice beer.
