Another I know I've had, but no review. Served in straight pint glass. Poured a lightly hazy copper-brown, with about 1/2 inch of cream head that had good retention and lacing. A very lovely beer.
The aroma was just nice base grains and some soft biscuit notes, with very gentle hops in the background. The flavor profile was nearly identical, the main difference was that the hops were a bit more notable, floral in the middle, a slight bitter tang at the back.
The body was full, even, and smooth. Drinkability was excellent, the beer goes down smooth and easy, and you'll be considering your next quicker than you thought you would. Overall, a very good, bordering on great example of the style. A must try if you see it.

A: Pours a deep mahogany with a light tan head. Constant flow of small bubbles
S: lot of caramel, slight must/leather with a nice hop balance
t: very good, especially for an ESB. Taste very clean. Top flavor is caramel, with a slight butter scotch note. There are subtle hints of wood and vanilla
m: light carbonation, finishes very dry and refreshing
o: man where did my bomber go? this bomber was really easy to drink. I would love to get a hold of some more of this especially fr drinking while hanging out with friends or watching a game on tv.
