I had this on-tap in a saison glass at Brouwers Cafe in Seattle.
Appearance: rich golden hue with a touch of haze. Limited head but a nice lace. Not bad.
Smell: lightly funky and toasty. There's a nice richness to the aroma as well.
Taste: a very light grassy funk over a toasty malt base, bit like a bière de garde. I rather like the overall earthy effect.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and concomitant creaminess.
Overall: quite tasty and drinkable. Definitely worth a try if you see it around.
