I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at WABL Belgianfest 2015.
Appearance: medium gold hue with a moderate haze and a nice layer of frothy white foam atop. Not bad!
Smell: there's a hint of peppercorn here, definitely not overwhelming, and a mild funk appropriate to a saison. There's basically no hint of the dill that is advertised, but it is still quite good.
Taste: much more of a peppercorn blast. Big pepper flavor with a lightly mild funk and just a hint of sourness. I really like this a lot -- but the dill, again, is too mild or perhaps just well overshadowed by the pepper.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess. Not too bad!
Overall: I really love pepper, and this is one of the better peppercorn beers I've had. But the dill, though promised, does not do a good job of coming through.
