A crisp and clean German style Pilsner, that’s so good it might make Ludwig Narziss cry! It will transport you from the dreary winter months into the bright days of summer sitting around the campfire, or a day at the beach. Canadian Pilsner malt provides a light, clean malty aroma and flavor, while Hallertau hops round it all out with a subtle bitterness and slightly earthy and spicy finish.

Pale yellow body with a billowy white head; flecks of foam cling to the inside of the glass. Fruity, floral aroma; soft cereal grain notes. Light cracker flavor; low-key esters; bold bitterness rounding things out. Medium body; crisp with a medium-dry mouthfeel.
Clean and well-balanced pilsner; very refreshing and enjoyable.
