Slght haze on the amber brew in the Brigand chalice. Big aroma of grapes and peaches with a lemony nose. Quite fruity and not very bitter, somehow. Just a little astringency in the aftertaste. A sweet smack to the peach and papaya taste. I won't try to guess the actual hop, but it does taste like frozen peaches with some green grapes. Very interesting, and it goes down easy. There is just an odd earthy flavor but it's well worth trying. I could see this creating a whole new hazy IPA style. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 10 FEB 23.

The YCH 301 is a process of freezing whole cone fresh hops, of Citra, Mosaic, or Simcoe varieties.
