From 09/16/14 notes. On tap at the brewpub.
Pours a murky reddish-brown color with one inch of cream colored head and moderate carbonation evident. Nose is straight up green tea and the taste has some brown sugar, burnt malts, roasted malts, and dark fruits. Medium body and low carbonation.
Overall interesting but not my favorite. Little too weird for me.

On-tap. Poured a dark brown with limited light entering. Aroma was full, sweet and all malt. Smells like a very sweet Brown Ale. The flavor was full of lingering honey flavors and sugars that sat on the tongue for several seconds. I guess this was brewed with tea as well; I personally did not pick up on much tea in the nose or the flavor. I could have used some balance from some sort of bitterness be it roastiness or happiness. It had a creamy feel with softer carbonation. I would not re-order this beer but it was somewhat interesting.
