Za’tart pours bright golden in the glass, with a fruity acidity and an extremely subtle herbal note in the finish. The finish is crisp and dry with a lingering lactic acidity that begs for another sip.

From the brewery:
Brewed in Kansas City in June, this bright blonde ale presents with crisp acidity, berry-like fruity notes, and a very subtle herbal character from the addition of sumac, thyme, and oregano. The finish is crisp and dry with a lingering lactic acidity that begs for another sip.
Served in a wine glass. Hazy gold color. Rim bubbles that provide streaky, spotty lace.
Sour and very earthy to the nose.
Sour upfront and in the finish. High carbonation to the lighter body. I don't directly detect the spicing they describe, but I can tell there's some interesting thing going on here.
