Rim bubbles that leaves very brief slippery lace. The brew has the color of mud--super cloudy and brown.
Rich raspberry and milk chocolate are the initial aromas. Reminds me of a lambic with a mild sourness nose.
Starts like a homebrew with a strong yeast flavor. Sour and sweet with a strong berry presence. Again, there are many lambic elements to the taste. The aftertaste features some chocolate.
