Hard to pull off a nice deep lager. The challenge is apparent here, yet an overall success. Medium brown hue. Medium yet heavy body. Nice carb. Overall would order it again.

This Vienna Lager was dry-hopped and served on cask at the Sunset Grill, for some reason. I'm not sure quite what to make of it.
Cloudy light brown with a bit of white head. Lots of sediment in the glass that gets stirred up with every taste.
I could swear I smell banana amid the sweet bready yeast. I taste more banana and apricot. Somewhere lost in the yeastiness is a mellow bready malt.
Low carbonation, with the coolth verging on lukewarm. Medium light body.
Definitely easy-drinking; it gets out of the way and lets you enjoy your meal. But then, I like yeast.
