Deep dark brown color. Bright light does pass. Tiny head with no lace whatsoever.
Dark malts with some definitive burnt notes, like a cross between a Stout and a Brown Ale.
Lots of darker toast and and burnt ash on the tongue. The body leans thin but the carbonation is as expected. The aftertaste is like licking an ashtray. I get some brown ale elements in the background.
