From the menu:
Ales for ALS beer benefitting ALS TDI. Citrus and fruity hop aroma of lime and mango, soft wheat malt flavor. OG: 1.049 FG: 1.011
Small head which becomes rim bubbles. Orange amber color. Cloudy.
Fruity and hoppy in equal measures. I get bubblegum and berry on the fruity side while the hop is floral and clean.
This is a highly hopped wheat beer. There isn't much banana or wheaty flavors, but this is relatively dry and spicy bitter beer. Thin body and amply carbonated. The aftertaste is a bit like grapefruit.
