Bottle. Probably over a year old. Big pop from the cork. Pours a semi-opaque orange with a medium head. Aroma isn't as big as I would have wanted. Moderate to mild sour notes. A little winey and oaky. Flavor has some soft and some sturdy elements. Tangy, tart fruit is medium in power. There is a sharp bitterness that surprised me. I get the alcohol more as it warms up. This was a gift.
