A very drinkable Belgian Pale Ale. Session IPA or Tafelbier? Take your pick. The Saphir dry-hops give spicy notes. There are also some citrus notes in the flavor. Hazy/cloudy golden/amber.

Dirty gold with a strong cloud of haze. Small head but good lacing on the glass.
Belgian yeast blended with hop.
Crisp and bitter taste. Dry finish. Lasting, biting aftertaste. A bit of soured milk to the taste as well. Rich body with abundant carbonation.
