Session Pale ale with botanicals. Great place, great craft. In a flight at the brewery.
PALE MILD OAT ALE WITH WORMWOOD, DANDELION ROOT, CHICORY, BORAGE, HEATHER, SPRUCE TIPS
a) Hazed, light, short head, not much lace.
s) Extremely pleasant field and flower shop. Borage picked out.
t) More borage and spice, the first spruce beer, I've enjoyed, nothing feels over-done or artificial, let's the pale malt and hop perform with only a suggestion of the garden and the field. Nice.
f) Steady and clean. low carbonation, and light to mid body.
o) If the first beer is any indication, this is beer heaven.
