Full phone notes taken last week.
A- Pours from the taps to my glass with a slightly hazy golden body. One finger frothy white head ends up with decent retention. Tiny ring at the edges drops webs of lace.
S- Spicy Belgian yeast with some pale fruit esters. Mostly spicy yeast. Cereal grains. Floral herbal tones.
T- Grains form a bit more of a cereal and bready base but it stays dry. The yeast is still the star with intense Belgian spiciness, pear and white grape apple esters, bitter floral and herbal, grass, pepper, lemongrass and bread.
MF- Fizzy, foamy and frothy body. High zesty carbonation. Smooth but has a nice bite to it. Herbal bitterness.
Dry and bready, cereal blonde with some floral and herbal bitterness. Very much about the Belgian yeast spice.
