Near brown in color with a definitive haze. Moderate head which leaves extensive streaks.
Strong prickly pine hop aroma. It really covers up the darker amber malt base.
The shows up almost immediately although I do get a little sweetness as a balance to the bitterness. While peppery in bitterness, I'm surprised to get a bit of toasted bread in the swallow and aftertaste. The body and carbonation are neutral.
