Dark amber color and cloudy. No head and no lace. Shocking for a wheat beer.
The smell is malty with no wheat. I do get some sugar sweetness and some light bitterness.
True to style, this is sweet with a brown sugar flavor with lots of banana. The swallow brings out the first indication of wheat along with a good dollop of hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with lighter carbonation of fine bubbles.
