Should be categorized as brut IPA. Lovely color, tastes like a dry New England IPA.

Very cloudy with a white appearance to the off gold color. Thick, small head
With rings and streaks to show for lace.
The nose is a good blend plain fully malted pale barley and a floral, biting hop bitterness.
The flavor is indeed dry as the Brut IPA moniker implies. This diminishes the malt base and enhances the bittering hop. Good body but with an equally elevated effervescence. The finish is similar to black pepper and nearly astringent. Long aftertaste.
