Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Hazy reddish copper going towards brown. Creamy, bubbly off-white lace.
Smell: Crisp, dry, wheaty with a clove nose and mild fruit banana.
Taste: Like sweet banana bread. Soft hop and spicy clove flavours that run all the way to the end. Very smooth with a chewy malty medium body. Finishes a little nutty from the yeast, and there's hints of carob from the dark malt.
Notes: True to style. The perfect example of a Dunkel Weizen.
