Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Hazy amber with a thin ring of lace.
Smell: Mild tartness with some fruit and grain in the back.
Taste: Toasted biscuity malt merges with a mild tartness, rustic overtones, fruity esters, subdued phenolics, a touch of malt sweetness with a pinch of hop character. Finishes a little dry with some husk.
Notes: Quite complex ... an other interestingly good brew from CBC. Fermented with the CBC house strain and finished off with a Belgian strain.
