Amber color and nearly clear. Modest head which leaves spots on the glass for lace.
More hoppy than anything else. Even though this is a beer featuring fruit pomace, I do not detect any fruit or sweetness to the nose.
There's a light citrusy flavor but this beer is still predominantly hoppy. Neutral body with an above average level of carbonation. The bitter finish is straight up white pepper with no apparent complexity. Moderate aftertaste.
