Bright golden color and nearly clear. Plenty of foam lace with caused the server to multi-pour. Excellent ring lace after each sip.
I get an odd cat box smell. Earthy aroma after that. Some turning cream.
This starts off as a semisweet Saison with a strong farmhouse flavor and some biting yeast. High carbonation with a moderate body. There’s some lemongrass toward the swallow. A drying finish which creates a shorter and milder aftertaste.
