Floral hop sits on top of the lightly toasted malt. Light yeast.
Advertised as a “dry hopped lager with Hellertau blanc,” there’s several unusual but interesting flavors. The beer is sweeter than expected but it’s with hints of blackberry. Fuller body for a lager but the carbonation is also elevated. The hop bitterness comes through like a spice (white pepper?). Moderates aftertaste.
