Hazy gold color. Starts with a moderate sized head which leaves a couple of small streaks and spots on the glass.
Weedy hop nose with a touch of grapefruit rind. There’s a bit of Juicy fruit sweetness
The malt holds up in the initial sip but the black pepper bitter hop comes in quickly culminating in the swallow. Good body with a higher carbonation level. The bitterness while strong in the swallow never completely dominates. It does leave a lengthy, bitter aftertaste.
