Dark amber/lighter brown color. Clear. Moderate but lasting head that leaves significant webby lace (nearly a blanket!) on the glass.
Semisweet, toffee-like aroma. Toasted malt. No notable hop.
A sweeter amber taste but there is hop which cuts any coyness. Fuller and less crisp than most lagers but this may be enhanced by a lighter level of carbonation. The hop finish dries the beer significantly taking away any of the aforementioned toffee. Moderate length bitter-leaning aftertaste.
