On-tap at Cambridge Brewing

A: The beer pours a cloudy golden color with a finger of white head.

S: Quite a substantial Belgian yeast aroma to this. Still, the citrus notes from the hops come through, as does a slight fruity sweetness. There is a bit of pepper as well as a few other spices.

T: The flavor is quite similar. Citrusy with some sweet apple flavor. A bit of pine hop flavor and bitterness. Mildly spicy with more black pepper and perhaps a touch of coriander. Some bready sweetness to it as well.

M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation

O: Pretty good Belgian IPA (not always a well done style). The pepper flavor was a bit too strong for me, though.

Sampled at the BBF

A - Pours a nice slightly hazy pale light gold almost orange with a very light head that fades quickly leaving minimal lacing.

S - Nice belgian IPA aromas, good clean hops and light malt. Very citrusy (oranges).

T - Very nice tast profile here. Basic but spot on. Nice light sweet malts with a good strong citrusy (orange peel, grapefruit) flavours dancing across the tongue.

M - Really, really nice mouthfeel. Doesnt feel anywhere near 7%, more like 5%. Great carbonation really crisp, dry, and refreshing.

O - Really enjoyed this Belgian IPA. Infact, CBC was possibly our favorite table at the event. Didnt have a bad beer. Would definately have multiple pints of this.
