Bottle shared by MrBarleywine, thanks for the opportunity.
Pours a dark brown color lightly hazy without much head or carbonation. Busting with fruit and more fruit in the nose and flavor. Reminds me of those New Glarus beers of yore. I wish the bottle wasn't so damn small I could have sipped this all night.

Deep purple, nearly black. Tiny head that dissipates completely. No lacing.
Darker fruit aroma with a sizable alcohol presence. Slightly tart and behind all of this is a touch of coffee.
This is like a cross between a sour and a sweet plum wine. Full bodied with nearly missing carbonation. I would describe the sweet as fruit concentrate—raspberries and blackberries. The sourness seems to me to be a bit artificial almost like acerbic acid. The shorter aftertaste is equal parts of both.
