A - A hazy, golden, orange with a thick off-white head.
S - Floral, fruity, citrusy hops. Some sweet malt. So inviting.
T - Citrus dominates but it isn't drying. Amazing. Fruity, floral, delicious hops. Light, sugary, sweet malt shows up in the finish to balance it out. Such an awesome IPA.
M - Smooth, fresh, clean. Malty body with a fantastic finish. I could seriously drink this beer every day, several times a day.

On tap at the Brewery...
Poured a dark amber color with a frothy one-finger head.
The aroma, which was less aromatic than I anticipated, is balanced with malt sweetness and the floral quality of the Sorachi Ace hops.
The hops definitely come through in the taste profile. The floral, lemon characteristic of the hops lingers throughout the entire taste. There is a nice malt backbone to round out the taste.
This IPA is medium-bodied with the ample amount of Mass. grown grains.
A very nice, malty IPA that goes very well with the colder temperatures that have finally arrived in MA. If you like this type of IPA's definitely check out the Red God IPA, it is absolutely outstanding.
