From 09/16/14 notes, at the brewpub in Cambridge.
Pours a deep hazy orange-yellow color with one inch of bright white head and moderate carbonation evident. Apples, bananas, cloves , bready malts, very light spice, bread, dough, and wheat. Taste a little bit sweeter. Medium body and low carbonation , very easy to drink.
Overall really good and very easy to drink. One of the best CBC beers I've had.

Appearance: clear orange color with a one finger head that lasts a long time.
Smell: caramel and some yeast tones comes through to the nose.
Taste: caramel, red grapes, apples, and a bit of a spicy peppery yeast flavor is balanced with a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp at the start, smoother towards the finish. Short lasting aftertaste.
Overall: this beer was incredibly easy to quaff and had a super flavor profile. Enjoyed from the first sip to the last.
