A- Draft into a tulip with a hazy golden, light orange body. Small fuzzy white head forms with very little retention. Eventually nothing there and no lace, seems like the glass.
S- Spicy coriander, cloves and citrus zest make up most of the nose with some nice floral hints. Peppercorns as well.
T- Carbonation seems to tame some of the flower and spice notes but coriander, clover, esters, pepper and yeast bread compose most of the flavor.
MF- High carbonation supports the light body and balances some of the spicy notes. Slight floral bitters finishes on the palate.
Solid low ABV witbier that cools me down after a walk from the T. Balanced and refreshing.
