Enjoyed at the barley wine festival. Reviewed from notes.
A - Poured into a snifter a murkey honey hue with a thin head that fades to leave light wisps and a halo.
S - Aromas of loads of honey, light oak, roasted nuts, faint vinous notes.
T - Taste is BIG honey, nice oak, light toasted malts, roasted candied nuts. Nice light apple, good caramel and toffee finish.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely creamy, alcohol hidden very well.
O - Overall there is nice sweetness and honey. Good chardonnay notes as well.
