A-Pours clear with a slight chill haze on the glass. Lean head. An uneven slice of tiny white bubbles.
S-The aroma isn't too intense or intricate. Hoppy citrus and some florals, bedded by a smooth sweetness. Very cut and dry here.
T-The flavor is tasty and has enough hop to keep my mind somewhat focused. It has some decent balance and the maltiness integrates itself seamlessly with the hoppy flavors.
M-Drinkable without too much bitterness. Booze is shy. Not overly carbonated.
O/D-A tad bland but its all for a good cause, right?

Good bar poured head; needs time to settle. Leaves a line of ring lace after each sip. Deep amber color and cloudy.
Smell: Starts with an aromatic, freshly pinched grapefruit rind. Mild malt in the background.
Solid malt start but has a very high hop finish. Long, long aftertaste. Smooth but neutral body. Good carbonation. In a word: balanced (mouthfeel). The beer is strongly peppery. I don't notice any alcohol warmth, otherwise it fits the DIPA profile.
