Well, this one is listed once but as a Cream Ale served at EBF in 2012. This is the Regatta Golden Ale (Kolsch) femented 100% with Brett (brux et custercianus) to be sour.
Comes as a wine like beverage, still appearing golden with a mirror surface. Looks like a simple lambic. Smells acetic up front with some crackers and white bread with a little hay and a touch of lemon. Flavor is a little more tart than I had anticipated, initially bites at my glands and has a very vinegary character, pretty one dimensional. Thin with no real carb to speak of. Wish this one was colder and had some carb, flavor was a little shallow for me, but a below average stab at the style.
