Served in a snifter at the Union Brewhouse in Weymouth.
Appearance: A one finger mocha head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a pitch black color with no vision of anything. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Roasted coffee, bittersweet chocolate, toasted, bready, earthy, toffee, caramel, molasses, and a little smoke.
Taste: Above aromas blended well with the roasted coffee. Savoring every tasty sip. Hope I get to see this one again.
Mouthfeel: Silky and creamy smooth, roasty, a little booze, low to medium carbonation, and medium to full bodied. So smooth.
Overall: This beer is making a great audition to being on the yearly lineup. Please make more.
