12/28...on tap at Mills River. Pale yellow, heavy lacing, white foam. Floral citrus nose, strong. Verbana creates a distinctive taste. Almost wheaty. Smooth and grassy, quite good.

On tap on New Year’s Eve in the NC Sierra Nevada Taproom.
Clear pale yellow with a very good head that leaves some lacing.
Aroma:pronounced note of lemon verbena over fresh baked bread and yeast.
Flavor: follows the nose; Delicate yet plenty of subtle complexity and depth. Lasting lemon verbena aftertaste.
Feel Medium-light body and medium carbonation.
Overall: exceptional
