On tap at the Sierra Nevada Torpedo Room
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and ring, leaving light lacing.
S: Slightly tart, a little grainy, yeasty, hints of spice, light citrus, and faint floral notes.
T: Light citrus, lemon, a little peppery spice, very mild tartness, and a light malt.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Inoffensive and drinkable, but I think it misses the mark on the style. Not tart enough and no trademark salty note whatsoever.
